So as I  surf  and check my Facebook and twitter account, I saw a story (post)  which stated that The Earth Will Face a Complete Darkness for 15 days in November and it has been confirmed by NASA. NewsWatch33 was the one to publish this information. I was excited  about this as I  always wanted to get a chance to experience at least one blackout in my whole life. Excitement apart ,I could also feel the fear as  if this blackout were to occur, the whole world would be lost total darkness for 15 days. Moreover , I had a feeling that this might a hoax spread by some websites who are desperate to get a mass by spreading something that will be viral in no time. So, with a feeling of excitement ,danger and a quest for the  concrete true knowledge, I began  to search about it and did some research. This is what i found
The news turned out to be Fake.
The source of this hoax quantified that it was confirmed by NASA. So, I  began my research with NASA’s homepage and searched November blackout , 2015 November blackout in their website. I even checked Neil deGrasse Tyson’s Twitter profile to see if there were any news regarding the blackout.Furthermore  I also searched for Charles Bolden in Twitter since the hoax also stated that it was him who confirmed the total blackout. All I could ever  find in their profiles and search results were their excitement on the discovery of  Pluto as a Planet once again.
As i kept on moving to know  more about the Blackout, I found out that these types of hoax about blackouts and solar storms are spread annually to invoke feeling of danger and excitement to people in a really short time and the publishers can get hundreds of thousands of visitors in their website in hours. People obviously  tend to fall in such types of hoaxes very easily and make it easy for such hoax spreaders to be popular in no time. Also, people get excited  or frightened really early without even trying to know if they are false or not.
One  FREE Internet Tip: Never believe whatever that has been written in the Internet and other social media unless it is from the trusted source or official website of related subject matter, here in this case,NASA‘s official Website.

    Imagine the crazy stuff that would happen if this were real. Riots the likes of which have never been seen. People thinking it was the end of time. I would just move up onto a mountain for the time the light was gone and come back when everything was back to normal.....
